To secure your reservation, you must submit payment first. You have two payment options: credit card or cash. Credit card payments should be made via our website fastboatrentals.com. Cash payments will be paid to the captain prior to boarding the day of your reservation. In order to secure your cash payment the day of, a $100 USD credit deposit will be required. To do so, we will email you a credit card authorization form for you to complete. Cash payers must complete and submit the credit card authorization form immediately in order to secure their reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed unless payment has been submitted.
You will receive a confirmation email from info@fastboatrentals.com with all of the details for your boating adventure within 24-48 hours after securing your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 48 hours, please contact us.
Weather cancellations are made solely at the discretion of Fast Boat Rentals and are only made on the day of the rental. Please note that “a chance of showers tomorrow” does not qualify for next day cancellation. If you are already out on the boat, we are not responsible for weather changes. If you are already out on the boat for one hour or less and weather conditions do not permit continued stay, we will reschedule your boat rental. If weather conditions become unsafe such as moderate rain lasting more than 45 minutes, lightning or high winds, we will return to the marina immediately. In the case that weather conditions become unsafe, a credit for the remaining balance not used will be issued to the renter to be used on another date.
Cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to your reservation date to get a full refund. Cancellations done after 48 hours of your reservation date will be charged $200 USD cancellation fee.
Mechanical issues are beyond our control. If we are unable to provide the renter with a boat of the type booked or a boat of similar capacity and standard, or another alternative acceptable to the renter, the company will refund charges paid, in which case the renter will have no further claim against the company.
Passengers are fully responsible for any damages that occur on the boat during their time of use on it. Should damages occur, the credit card on file will be charged for the damages. Each boat is inspected prior to departure from the docks and upon return, if any damages have occurred the renter will incur charges for the repairs.
Violation of the rules and regulations will lead to discretionary sanctions.
Boat passenger waiver for each passenger is necessary before launch.
